Papers presented at the conference will be submitted for inclusion into IEEE Xplore subject to meeting IEEE Xplore’s scope and quality requirements.

Authors must submit a four-page (4) two-columned digest by the abovementioned digest submission deadline. Information about digest formatting, including a sample digest, as well as submission instructions, can be found under the Digest Submission tab. To be included in the conference program and for inclusion into IEEE Xplore as well as other Abstracting and Indexing (A&I) databases, at least one author MUST be registered and present at the conference. All accepted final papers will be presented in oral sessions.
