Registration for IEEE KPEC 2024 is non-refundable. Registered participants are responsible for the total registration fee even if they do not attend the conference and have not paid the registration fee.

IEEE KPEC may cancel or postpone this program because of insufficient enrollment or other unforeseen circumstances. If the program is canceled or postponed, registration fees will be refunded, but we are not responsible for other costs, charges, or expenses, including cancellation/change charges assessed by airlines or travel agencies. Registration fees will not be canceled, and refunds will not be issued if the program is held, but the registrant is unable to attend due to travel delays or cancellations caused by inclement weather or other extraordinary circumstances beyond the control of IEEE KPEC.

If you have registered and paid for Continuing Education and you attend all of the sessions at the Kansas Power and Energy Conference you will receive 10 hours continuing education hours from Kansas State University. It remains your responsibility to verify with your state/or governing agency/or professional development committee that these continuing education hours will be accepted.
