If you must cancel your registration, please do so by April 13, 2021. Substitutions are accepted. Registration fees, less a $15.00 processing fee, will be refunded if notice is received in the conference registration office by April 13. To modify or cancel your registration, please send a written request to email@example.com with the subject line “Kansas Power and Energy Conference.” Due to guarantees, we must give prior to the conference, refunds are not available after April 13, 2021. Registered participants who do not cancel their registration in writing by March 27, 2020, are responsible for the total registration fee even if they do not attend the conference and have not paid the registration fee.
Kansas State University may cancel or postpone this program because of insufficient enrollment or other unforeseen circumstances. If the program is canceled or postponed, registration fees will be refunded but we cannot be held responsible for other costs, charges, or expenses, including cancellation/change charges assessed by airlines or travel agencies. Registration fees will not be canceled and refunds will not be issued if the program is held but the registrant is unable to attend due to travel delays or cancellations caused by inclement weather, or due to other extraordinary circumstances beyond the control of Kansas State University.
If you have registered and paid for Continuing Education and you attend all of the sessions at the Kansas Power and Energy Conference you will receive 10 hours continuing education hours from Kansas State University. It remains your responsibility to verify with your state/or governing agency/or professional development committee that these continuing education hours will be accepted.
