Registration and fees
Registration is now available. Only the authors who received the notice of acceptance can register for the conference. Fees are available in the pdf file provided below. Please click on the bottom below to access the payment portal.
To process the payment, please fill out all boxes provided in the payment link; paper submission ID, name and email of the first author as well as name, email, address, and the phone number of the payee. In the dropdown menu, please select your category of registration.
Registration for KPEC 2021 is non-refundable. Registered participants are responsible for the total registration fee even if they do not attend the conference and have not paid the registration fee.
Kansas State University may cancel or postpone this program because of insufficient enrollment or other unforeseen circumstances. If the program is canceled or postponed, registration fees will be refunded, but we cannot be held responsible for other costs, charges, or expenses, including cancellation/change charges assessed by airlines or travel agencies. Registration fees will not be canceled and refunds will not be issued if the program is held but the registrant is unable to attend due to travel delays or cancellations caused by inclement weather, or due to other extraordinary circumstances beyond the control of Kansas State University.
If you have registered and paid for Continuing Education and you attend all of the sessions at the Kansas Power and Energy Conference you will receive 10 hours continuing education hours from Kansas State University. It remains your responsibility to verify with your state/or governing agency/or professional development committee that these continuing education hours will be accepted.
