IEEE KPEC 2025 is introducing an exciting opportunity for undergraduate students across Kansas State to actively engage in the conference through a unique platform. The "Technical Poster Exhibition" offers students the chance to showcase their innovative ideas, groundbreaking research, and technological advancements through visually engaging posters. This event fosters a collaborative environment for learning and knowledge exchange. With a focus on creativity and technical excellence, the competition aims to highlight exceptional projects in various fields of Electrical Engineering, encouraging networking, discussion, and recognizing outstanding contributions to the advancement of technology and innovation.
Prize Awards: First Place - $750, Second Place - $500, Third Place - $250. Two winners will be selected for each position. All participants will receive certificates of participation.

Team:
Each team may have up to 5 members.
Teams must designate one primary contact person to serve as the main point of communication for all event-related matters
All team members’ names, affiliations, and roles must be clearly listed on the entry form.
Poster Submission Requirements:
Participants are required to follow the official template provided for poster design.
All poster files or final designs must be submitted electronically by April 20, 2025.
Incomplete or late submissions will not be considered for evaluation.
Registration:
Participants should complete the registration by March 20, 2025, through the Google Form provided below.
Registration is completely free.
Awards and Recognition:
Posters will be evaluated by a panel of judges based on criteria such as clarity, creativity, relevance to the theme, and technical accuracy.
Prizes will be awarded to the top posters as determined by the judging panel.
All participants will receive an electronic participation certificate. Certificates will be issued upon completion of the event.
Additional Guidelines:
Plagiarism or the use of copyrighted material without proper citation is strictly prohibited. Any such submissions will be disqualified.
Posters should be visually appealing and easy to understand, with appropriate use of colors, graphics, and text.
